Wine and chocolate paired or not, have been a long passion of this young chef and we are very excited to now be able to share the fruits of this ever lasting relationship.
A bold blend with 70% of the beans coming from a single plantation nestled within the ancient rainforests of Peru. Strong impressions of red and tropical fruit in the front palate, followed by a complex layers of natural acidity which make it appear considerably less sweat than a common 65% dark chocolate.
