Bonjour! I’m Stephane Pois, the founder of Steph's Gourmet Foods, and a passionate connoisseur of fine food. My journey into the world of culinary arts began decades ago in France, and after arriving in Australia in 1993, I was captivated by the diversity and quality of the local food and wine. It inspired me to bring my love for French cuisine and luxury food to this incredible country.

With a background honed at some of the world's finest establishments, including the Michelin-starred Restaurant de l'Hôtel de Ville de Crissier in Switzerland and Les Loges de L’Aubergade in France, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside culinary legends. This experience, combined with my deep respect for Australia's local producers, led to the creation of Steph’s Gourmet Foods.
